General

The website GASF.CO operates as the official platform of the LEPL Georgian Automobile Sport Federation, registration number 206344972 (hereinafter referred to as "GASF"). Through the platform, users can create a personal account, which enables them to access services provided by GASF—such as registering for events, requesting licenses for competition, officials, promoters, and more. By accessing and registering on the website, the user agrees to the following terms and conditions.

In the event of a dispute concerning its interpretation by the GASF, the Georgian text alone shall be considered as the official text

User Responsibilities

The user is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided during registration.

It is prohibited to use another person's data for registration or participation in competitions.

The user must not use the website for unlawful purposes.

Services, Limitations, and Refunds

The Federation provides users with the ability to request licenses and register for events under predefined terms and conditions.

The Federation reserves the right to modify or cancel the scope of services, the conditions, or the events themselves at any time with prior notice.

Refund Policy

License fees paid by users are refundable only in the following cases:

* If License application for either National or International will be rejected by “GASF” in any reason.

* Refunds will be processed within five (5) working days.

In all other cases, including when the user cancels registration or participation, refunds will not be issued, except as required under applicable Georgian legislation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website (logos, text, images, etc.) is protected by law and belongs to the Federation or its rights holders.

Service Suspension

The Federation reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the website due to technical or other necessary reasons.

Collected Data

The following types of data are collected during registration:

First and last name

Personal ID number

Date of birth

Contact information (email, phone number)

Residential address

Data related to sporting activity

Banking transaction details (for payment confirmation purposes only; card details are not stored)

Use of Data

License administration

Event registration management

Communication with the user

Reporting to sports authorities (within the scope of relevant rights)

Sharing with Third Parties

Personal data will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law or within legally permissible limits with sports partners.
